By accessing or using Tawaslo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
Tawaslo is a social media management tool for scheduling and publishing content to business social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You are responsible for all content you publish through the platform and must comply with each platform's terms of service and community standards.
Due to API restrictions, only business-type accounts may be connected: Facebook Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, TikTok Business accounts, and LinkedIn Company pages. Personal accounts are not supported.
3. Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- You may not use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
- You may not use the platform to violate any platform's terms or policies
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using Tawaslo, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
5. Limitation of liability
Tawaslo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss of data, missed posts, or platform downtime. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 30 days.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@tawaslo.com.
